Narration

Buy this DVD. Click here! The general narration of Dante's Inferno - Abandon All Hope consists of describing each circle and sub-circle of Inferno before the speakers talk about the souls and theirs sins that are part of a specific passage.

This narration has been done by Golden Globe nominee and Hollywood legend Jeff Conaway (Grease, Babylon 5, Taxi, etc) who has been interested in being part of the live action feature film since he heard about it in 2007. Mr. Conaway had been out of acting for over a year since his painful four back operations. He was doing well and ready to make a big come back in the film industry as part of several Dante's Inferno movies. Unfortunately, Mr. Conaway passed away on May 31, 2011 and his dream left with him.

There are several reasons why Jeff Conaway was chosen to do this unique narration. Mr. Conaway has written a book about Lucifer, which was in the final stages of revision to soon be published. He was also a unique "name" and artist that can work in truly independent films because of his Financial Core guild status. You may read more about this special actor's status in Jon Voight's open letter here.

Jeff Conaway has always been passionate to be part of Dante's Inferno, so producer and director, Boris Acosta, thought he should have a chance at it. They became close friends and talked often until a few days before Jeff, as people called him, passed away.

Jeff Conaway was a great person and artist and the legacy he left will be remembered forever, particularly in Dante's Inferno and Dante's Purgatorio films, which will be watched worldwide by generations upon generations of studends of this most amazing masterpiece.
